We are glad to announce that the final version of recorder is released. Please read the general information bellow and most importantly, read the "How to Use recorder" part before starting using the recorder.

General Information :

• This new recorder has several protections against cheaters preventing a lot of common cheats like having lines in motogp.cfg, modifying the game physics or using advanced telnet options to gain advantage.
• It uses a new system of recording and posting PBs. It stays on the background while you play MotoGP2/3 and records/posts your PBs in realtime. There is no need for you to post times manually. The momment a PB is made the time will be recorded and posted in network-challenge automatically.
• The reason we chose to make the recorder in realtime was that we need to know if the player has a "clean" game right on the momment he makes the PB. Old recorder system (offline) is very easy to be cheated because nothing prevents you from modifying the game completely, making a PB, then reverting game back to original and posting your times.
• The recorder will continue being developed because we still need to implement some features.
  

How to install recorder :
Recorder doesn't need to be installed. You just need to download the file from the download section and extract it into any folder of your preference.

How to register in recorder:
First you need to register your login information from network-challenge in recorder. When you load recorder for the first time, it will open a window asking for your login information. Just put your forum name and password. You also need to select the profile from which you want to record the PBs. Your forum name will be the name used in ranking. It doesn't matter which game profile you select, all your times will be posted under the forum name.


How to post your times :

• Recorder need to be loaded BEFORE you launch the game. I repeat, you need to load recorder BEFORE you load game.
• First you need to start recorder, then you load the game. Leave recorder running all the time while you are playing the game. All PBs you make will be recorded in realtime and posted automatically.
• If your game crashes or you need to close game, just relaunch game and it will still work.
• If you close recorder while playing the times will not be recorded and will not be posted. You need to close game also. Start recorder again, and then start game after.
